Adaobi Adibe is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEng) student at the University of Manchester. She is a student Venture Capitalist at Campus Capital and team leader of the Manchester cohort , where she leads the team in directing investments for a live £2 million-fund for technology companies. Beyond her interests in venture capital and technology , she is the co-Founder of the The Sisterhood Movement, which is a charity that encourages career development and personal development of women of colour by utilising the power of sisterhood. Selected as an ‘outstanding student’ in the UK, she will be part of Huawei seeds for future program where she will be interning with Huawei HQ in Shenzhen, China. She is excited to be part of CAREforSeven after witnessing first hand in her village just how detrimental lack of constant electricity can be in all aspects of one’s life.
